In an effort to pay more attention to my health again, I’ve started meal planning and meal prepping! For me it makes ALL the difference and takes the guesswork out of what I’m eating. Knowing that i have a plan for the day helps me not reach for unhealthy foods, keeps me excited about my meals and helps me to stay on track. I’ve attached my meal plan that I created for this week for some food inspiration! We’re trying to eat mostly plant based as well!
