In an effort to pay more attention to my health again, I’ve started meal planning and meal prepping! For me it makes ALL the difference and takes the guesswork out of what I’m eating. Knowing that i have a plan for the day helps me not reach for unhealthy foods, keeps me excited about my meals and helps me to stay on track. I’ve attached my meal plan that I created for this week for some food inspiration! We’re trying to eat mostly plant based as well!     Loving this meal plan. usally not very adventures with meals even though I’ve been vegatarion for 30 years my daughter 20 years, but we both want to try these meal suggestions, thanks elle love sent from UK. xxx

    I use for finding new recipes. I am wondering if you have any type of meal plan for your kids? I feel like I feed my 15 month old the same things every day especially for lunch. Also, do you add anything else to your oatmeal? I have tried it with just fruit but it’s so bland.
